Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis :

• Monthly Business Reviews - Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary;

• Establish and maintain strong business control processes to ensure compliance, risk management, and governance;

• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting;

• Support the Forecast and Budget processes;

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions;

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and multiyear plans;

• Support the organization to implement all the new internal and external requirements on the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and local entities to achieve company’ strategy and targets;
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation;

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization; 

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams; 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to provide actionable insights; 

• Analytical mindset, enjoying solving complex problems, 

• High on ownership, and strongly results oriented 

• Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement; 

• Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;  

• 7+ years of experience in finance roles, with a focus on FP&A, business control, or related functions; 

• Experience in Automotive, IT related preferred; 

• Fluent in English written and spoken.
