  • Prepare timely, decision-ready analysis for the Head of FP&A and CFO, including scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.
  • Update financial plans as business priorities, assumptions and operating conditions change.

KPIs and Management Reporting

  • Own the definition, calculation and tracking of key performance metrics used internally and required by investors.
  • Support the preparation of monthly management reports, board materials and investor reporting packs.
  • Ensure financial models, reports and underlying systems contain accurate, consistent and reliable data.
  • Translate financial and operating results into clear insights on business performance and its key drivers.

Commercial Partnering

  • Support commercial teams with pricing, margin and profitability analysis across customers, products, segments and individual deals.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of pricing changes, discounts and new commercial proposals.
  • Develop clear recommendations that help non-finance stakeholders understand trade-offs and make informed decisions.

Process Improvement and Strategic Analysis

  • Streamline and automate recurring reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Improve the structure, flexibility and usability of financial models and reporting tools.
  • Support ad hoc strategic analysis, including business cases, fundraising support, and M&A or investment evaluations.
  •

Skill Requirements - Essential

  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development or investment banking.
  • Strong financial modelling expertise, including the ability to build clear, flexible and well-structured models from scratch and review existing models for accuracy.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business trends, understand performance drivers and spot inconsistencies in financial data.
  • A curious and creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to challenge assumptions and explore alternative scenarios.
  • Clear written, verbal and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex analysis simply to senior leaders and non-finance stakeholders.
  • The ability to work effectively with finance and commercial teams while managing competing priorities.
  • High ownership, strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to delivering accurate work in a fast-moving environment.
