Job Summary
1. Control the operation of the IS Machine to ensure bottle production meets the target.2. Ensure product quality and characteristics meet the standards specified by the customer.
3. Perform tasks assigned by the Shift Supervisor to achieve the defined objectives and goals.
Job Description:
1. Maintain production efficiency standards, with production yield exceeding company's target
2 Resolve defects occurring during each production run, based on information provided by QC.
3. Change the mold, inspect the condition and temperature of the mold used for forming to ensure it remains within the control limits as specified
4. Check defects recorded in the IQ Scan system and inspect hot bottle quality every 60 minutes.
5. Report any abnormalities during production in the Daily Production Record.
6. Clean machinery and work areas thoroughly before the end of the shift.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned
