Join Deloitte’s dynamic Forensic Technology team, where you will play a pivotal role in high-stakes litigation, regulatory responses, and investigations. This position offers the chance to combine deep legal technology expertise with practical digital forensic experience, working alongside diverse professionals to deliver impactful, technology-enabled forensic solutions. You will lead complex eDiscovery projects, influence client outcomes, and contribute to the growth and innovation of a leading forensic practice.

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

  • Proven experience in eDiscovery, forensic technology, litigation support, or digital forensics, with strong knowledge of the full EDRM lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workstreams or small teams in litigation, regulatory, or investigation contexts.
  • Hands-on expertise with RelativityOne administration and configuration, alongside familiarity with forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, Nuix, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of legal technology, data privacy regulations (including GDPR), defensible evidence handling, and enterprise data sources like Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.

What type of work will I be doing?

  • Leading eDiscovery workflows across identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production stages.
  • Conducting forensic collections from endpoints, servers, cloud platforms, and mobile devices while maintaining chain of custody.
  • Administering and configuring RelativityOne workspaces, managing permissions, processing, analytics, and troubleshooting.
  • Designing and implementing efficient review strategies using advanced analytics and Technology Assisted Review techniques.
  • Collaborating with legal teams, clients, regulators, and IT stakeholders to scope data sources and provide clear, defensible recommendations.
  • Developing practice methodologies, quality assurance processes, and contributing to innovation initiatives.
  • Coaching junior team members and supporting business development activities including proposals and thought leadership.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and legal hold requirements throughout forensic and eDiscovery processes.
