1.Prepare tray set up (TSU) with all the required items
2. Pack and deliver the patient’s meal.
3. Take patient meal order as per the schedule
4. Explain the menu to patients should the need arise
5. Ensure the correct meal is delivered to the correct patient
6. Laisses with nurses as necessary to perform their deliveries
7. Clean up and collect patient care equipment
8. Sanitize all trays that are picked up from patient care before entering the kitchen 9. Patient care equipment control - taking note of all items delivered to patients and ensuring all equipment picked up at the end of service
10. Prepare individual menu patient request
11. Provide verbal report to Floor Supervisor on any new request or exchanges with nurses/support staff
