IBMC is assisting a premier beach club and lifestyle venue in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, world-class hospitality, and stunning coastal views, our client offers an exceptional dining and lifestyle experience for local and international guests. We are seeking energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Runners to join our Front-of-House team.

The Food & Beverage Runner plays a vital support role in keeping floor operations running smoothly. You will serve as the primary link between the kitchen, bar, and servers, ensuring food and drinks are delivered promptly, accurately, and at peak quality to guest tables. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced beach club environment.

Working Location & Relocation Terms

• Location: On-site in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (Beach Club Venue).
• Relocation Policy: Open to candidates based in Lombok or those willing to relocate. Please note that accommodation, flight, and relocation allowances are NOT provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage Running: Deliver food and drinks accurately and promptly from the kitchen pass or bar to the correct guest tables.
• Order Quality Check: Verify ticket accuracy, order modifications, temperature, and plate presentation before running items to the floor.
• Table Clearing & Resetting: Assist servers in bussing, clearing used plates/glassware, sanitizing, and resetting tables efficiently.
• Mise en Place & Station Prep: Assist with opening/closing duties, stocking service stations, polishing cutlery/glassware, and preparing service trays.
• Kitchen & Floor Communication: Maintain clear, real-time communication between kitchen expeditors, bartenders, and floor servers.
• Hygiene & Safety Standards: Enforce clean, safe, and organized pass areas, walkways, and service stations in compliance with venue hygiene policies.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Runner, Busser, or F&B Helper in a restaurant, hotel, beach club, or high-volume venue (Fresh graduates from hospitality schools are welcome to apply).
• Basic English Skills: Basic conversational English to understand food names, table numbers, and basic guest requests.
• Physical Stamina: Excellent physical fitness and balance to carry heavy trays, walk long distances across indoor/outdoor beach club areas, and stand for extended shifts.
• Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for matching ticket details with dish presentations and table numbers.
• Attitude: High energy, team player, punctual, clean appearance, and eager to learn F&B service.
• Location/Relocation: Based in Lombok OR fully willing to relocate to Lombok independently (without relocation allowance).
