• To maintain accessibility, responsiveness, good communication and a professional appearance.

• To adhere to all safety standards and procedures (GCG, Airlines, Local and International)

• Ensure airlines meals are packed according to final counts (add or remove meals/tray set ups as per final count)

• To deliver all requested charter items in a timely manner.

• To ensure tray set-ups and food trolleys are packed and stored according to specification.

• To ensure that customer equipment is packed according to specifications.

• To use loading diagrams to ensure that each piece of equipment is loaded into the correct position in the aircraft galley

• To ensure all menu items are loaded according to the final check sheet before kitchen departure

• To ensure assembled modules are loaded into catering vehicles in a timely manner.

• To ensure aircraft is catered on time in accordance with airline specifications

• To ensure that dirty equipment is appropriately handled and placed in required areas for cleaning.

•  To perform any other duties as they relate to the Department and as directed by the Department Head.
