OVERVIEW:
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Leading from the shop floor to deliver a warm, best-in-class customer experience
- Supporting daily store operations including opening, closing and keyholder duties
- Driving sales through product recommendations and team support
- Running team huddles, communicating daily priorities and energising the team
- Coaching and supporting team members to maintain high performance
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Experience in a retail environment, either on the shop floor or in operations
- Previous experience in a leadership or keyholder role
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering great experiences
- Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and add customer value
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
SALARY RANGE
This role has a salary range between $20.50-$23.00 per hour. We are committed to fair and consistent pay practices. The salary range shown represents the anticipated hiring range for this position and may vary depending on individual qualifications and internal equity
