The MSO Processor is responsible for ensuring all Avis Budget Group MSO paperwork is processed timely and accurately. Respond to incoming calls and e-mails promptly, providing all necessary research and documentation needed.

 What You'll Do:

• Process MSOs, by keying in VRU etc.
• Conduct plate checks
• Send and reply to emails.
• Shipping Physical Titles
• Attend meetings to discuss processes and ways to improve productivity

What We’re Looking For:

• Punctual and reliable
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Detail oriented
• Able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
• Ability to work within different computer programs simultaneously.
• Can follow multi-step directions
• High School degree/GED required
• 3-5 years data entry experience, customer service skills required. Must be PC literate (MS office/Excel)
• Excellent data entry skills, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Good analytical skills and some macro knowledge are preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.

The hourly starting salary for this position is $17.25 hourly. This position is also eligible for up to 5% bonus opportunities. [long-term incentive compensation awards].
