Job Summary

Are you a strategic, detail-oriented leader with expertise in credit management, financial operations, and program execution? In this role, you will oversee wholesale credit and retail finance programs while also leading projects that improve processes, systems, and customer/dealer experiences. You will connect tactical objectives with long-term business strategy, optimize people, processes, and technology, and help maximize cash flow, mitigate risk, and drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer care.

What You’ll Do 

1. Manage credit operations and retail finance programs to support revenue growth and risk mitigation.

2. Review, adjust, and revoke credit lines based on financial strength and compliance requirements.

3. Prepare budgets, financial reports, and conduct variance analysis to inform strategic decisions.

4. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and performance metrics ensuring regulatory compliance.

5. Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive operational improvements, strategic projects, and business transformation efforts.

6. Lead cross-functional programs and projects from planning through execution, including scope, timelines, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and implementation support.

What We’re Looking For 

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or other related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; expert in Excel and PowerPoint; known for clear, strategic communication and presentation.

- Influences effectively without authority and builds strong cross‑level relationships; acts with urgency, sets ambitious goals, and drives accountability.

- Delivers high‑quality results with a strong passion for excellence and meeting customer needs.

- Experienced in program and project management, including prioritizing work, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and translating business needs into executable plans.

Travel 

- Occasional travel is expected of this position. 

Work Location

HYBRID: Some of a team member’s day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus. Discuss specific arrangements with your manager.
