About the role 
This role involves creating and maintaining process documentation, providing finance support for F&AS projects, and handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader. 
Attention to detail, a solid understanding of general ledger accounting, and effective collaboration skills are key attributes for success in this position. 

 
Key responsibilities: 

• 📊 Assist in Preparing Financial Reports
  Help compile standard financial reports, including the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements, gaining insight into core accounting practices.
• 🗂️ Support Internal Operations
  Contribute to the smooth running of the team by organizing documents, reviewing procedures, and ensuring everything is in order.
• 🧾 Learn Basic Accounting Entries
  Make simple bookings and journal entries with guidance, building your confidence in real-world accounting systems.
• 🤝 Collaborate on Postings
  Work alongside experienced team members to prepare and review financial postings, learning from their expertise.
• 📈 Contribute to Financial Analysis
  Support ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks, helping the team make informed decisions.
• 📝 Document Procedures
  Help write and update internal procedures, contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
• 🔍 Assist in Audits
  Be part of the annual group and statutory audit process, gaining exposure to audit requirements and best practices.
• 💡 Participate in Projects
  Get involved in financial analysis and special projects, expanding your understanding of how finance supports business goals.

 
Our Requirements: 

• Educational background in accounting or similar filed
• Good communication skills (oral and written) 
• Good planning and organizational skills 
• Good command of English
• Availability: at least 30 hours / week
