We’re seeking someone to join our Valuation Control team as a Finance Insights & Innovation Lead.

Are you passionate about using data, technology, and storytelling to influence business decisions? Do you enjoy creating smart dashboards, simplifying complex information, and finding better ways to deliver insights? In this highly visible role, you will combine Power BI, reporting, data visualisation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to deliver impactful insights for senior stakeholders. You will work closely with teams across Finance, Valuation Control, Risk, Technology, and the Front Office, helping modernise reporting processes and shape decision-making in a global financial institution.

What you'll do:

  • Design and enhance executive-level Power BI dashboards and visual reporting solutions that help senior stakeholders make informed business decisions.

  • Transform complex valuation, risk, and financial data into clear, insightful, and actionable management information.

  • Own the end-to-end consolidation and reporting of firm-wide valuation data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong governance standards.

  • Create impactful reporting packs, presentations, and visual storytelling materials for senior leadership and Front Office stakeholders.

  • Explore and leverage AI-enabled reporting capabilities to improve reporting efficiency, insight generation, and decision support.

  • Partner with Finance, Valuation Control, Technology, Risk, and Front Office teams to develop innovative reporting and analytics solutions.

  • Support governance, regulatory, and audit-related reporting requirements while maintaining robust controls and documentation.

  • Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and visualisation capabilities to deliver greater business value.

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 individuals

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

  • Strong experience developing executive-facing Power BI dashboards and data visualisation solutions.

  • Proven ability to create impactful management reporting and performance insights for senior stakeholders.

  • Experience using AI-enabled capabilities or advanced technologies to improve reporting and insight generation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging way.

  • A collaborative mindset and experience working across Finance, Risk, Technology, and business teams.

  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making through data-driven insights.

  • A passion for continuous improvement and learning.

  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Experience with managing and developing a team
