As a Finance – GL, AP, CM, Expenses Senior Associate you will support Oracle Finance work across general ledger, accounts payable, cash management, and expense processes, helping clients improve operational flow and use financial applications more effectively within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build client relationships, and guide junior team members while deepening your Oracle finance skills and business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to configuring, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Financials solutions, while responding to changing client needs and developing deliverables that support client service engagements.
Responsibilities
- Configuring Oracle Financials modules across general ledger, accounts payable, cash management, and expenses to support finance transformation efforts
- Analyzing client finance processes and translating business requirements into system configurations and process improvements
- Managing assigned workstreams for implementation, enhancement, and support activities within Oracle Finance engagements
- Interpreting data from financial systems to identify process gaps, reconcile issues, and inform recommendations
- Developing and testing finance solutions that support record to report, procure to pay, and financial reporting activities
- Preparing functional documentation, configuration details, and test scenarios to support delivery and user adoption
- Mentoring junior team members by reviewing assigned tasks, sharing practical guidance, and reinforcing technical standards
- Building client relationships through responsive support, thoughtful issue resolution, and clear status updates
- Collaborating across technical and functional teams to address complex finance system challenges and deliver dependable outcomes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating Oracle Financials knowledge across GL, AP, CM, and Expenses
- Applying client-facing consulting skills in finance transformation work
- Interpreting financial data to guide recommendations
- Mentoring junior team members while navigating ambiguity
