The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our finance team in a permanent, full-time position. This is a hands-on role responsible for financial and management reporting, as well as supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and insights. You’ll be joining a high-performing team in a flexible work environment, with the option to work from home two days per week.

The day to day

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management reports
• Managing month-end and year-end closing processes
• Conducting variance and trend analysis to support business performance
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating across departments to implement financial controls and policies
• Providing detailed reports and strategic insights to senior leadership
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Supervising and mentoring administrative team members
• Liaising with external auditors and overseeing audit readiness
• Supporting the ongoing development of financial systems and process improvements

The Essentials

To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and leadership skills, with a solid foundation in accounting principles and a proactive mindset. In addition, you will bring: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• CPA or equivalent certification
• 5+ years’ experience in accounting roles
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to financial integrity
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Pronto viewed favourably
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data clearly
• A passion for continuous improvement and mentoring others
