DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

• 根据规定的操作程序，负责包装，分拣和清洗工作
• 确保清洗/包装/的容器/工作台面被清空，以防止发生混料的现象。
• 在工作中严格执行安全操作程序。
• 每日根据物料专员计划要求进行热处理和清洗的外协作业工作
• 每次包装前必须严格按照称重程序称重，确保包装数量的准确性
• 根据流转单打印正确的内外标签。
• 严格执行产品质量标准，确保包装质量（如密封性、日期、外观、重量等）符合要求
• 依控制计划，合理安排换型，确保分拣质量的前提下、设备有效正常运行
• 在生产过程中调节机器，对不合格品处理实操熟悉。
• 在操作机器过程中严格遵守安全操作规程，按照标准作业程序（SOP）操作设备。
• 完成各种生产报表，诸如流转单，包装/分拣记录表，扫码入库等
• 在工作现场开展日常5S整理、清洁活动。
• 负责生产设备的开班点检丶运行中的巡查及班后的维护监督，确保设备处于良好状态。
• 没有经过培训员工有权拒绝不安全或不能胜任的工作内容，如无证登高等
• 生产发现设备、产品异常有权停机和汇报
• 领班安排的其它合理事项。
• 完成上级领导交代的其他任务
