Job Description Summary
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Cleaning Stands, and Grip gear. Checking their serviceability and preparing them for rental
· Ability to process equipment in a safe and efficient manner to manufacturer’s specifications.
· Must be proficient in the use of small tools and their proper application.
· Must be proficient in the use of power tools
· Perform required repairs to miscellaneous Grip equipment and associated accessories.
· Perform required repairs to stands and associated accessories.
· Advise Supervisor of problems arising due to improper use of the equipment
· Complete Loss and Damage information paperwork and give it to Department head for pricing and distribution.
· Ensure that all WCB and Sunbelt safe work practices/requirements are complied with
· Organize Stands in the warehouse shelving so that it is displayed in a neat and orderly fashion.
· Keep stock of parts/materials and advise the supervisor when orders need to be made
· Other duties as required
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of the film industry including equipment and personnel preferred but not required.
· Working knowledge of rental software programs would be considered an asset, however not required.
· Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
· Must have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Base Pay Range
