As our Field Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader who keeps our clients safe and well cared for at home. You'll coach and support our caregivers, ensure top-quality care, and jump in to help when it matters most. No two days are the same, and every one of them makes a real impact on someone's life.

What You'll Do

• Onboard new DMH clients and train new Personal Assistants (2 hours each)
• Evaluate, coach, and celebrate our caregivers alongside the Program Manager
• Conduct monthly quality checks and help resolve client concerns
• Provide hands-on DMH shift coverage when needed
• Support the office and keep care plans and policies on track
