Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment which is beating heart of our work.
We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience to develop innovative drilling tools.

As a Field Specialist, you will provide resolution to a diverse scope of complex operational problems at the well site, where analysis of data requires having a broad knowledge of the product line's operations and services. You’ll have access to innovative equipment to effectively monitor our well-sites.
As a Drilling Optimization Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering drilling optimization support to Baker Hughes Drilling Services operations.
- Supporting Baker Hughes’ innovative digital solutions through Kantori Optimization services, Drilling Analytics (+Corva) and autonomous directional drilling applications.
- Actively contributing to knowledge sharing and lessons learned across the organization.
- Supporting software field testing and the integration of new technologies.
- Participating in and promoting knowledge management initiatives within Drilling Services.
- Serving as a liaison between local and global teams for technology development and enhancement.
- Ensuring adherence to Baker Hughes’ global standards, policies, and procedures across all supported areas.
- Complying with and promoting the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) Management System.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Petroleum engineering is preferred.
- Have a minimum of 7 years of field experience with Baker Hughes in Drilling Services technologies.
- Possesses at least 5 years of experience in Directional Drilling or Drilling Engineering (preferred).
- Have a background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (preferred).
