Job Description:

Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing welding and cutting equipment. Beyond technical service, you will act as a trusted partner, identifying opportunities, supporting sales, and contributing to continuous improvement.

What you’ll do ⚙️

Technical services & support

• Install, commission, and repair equipment at customer sites

• Perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, and evaluations

• Support the sales team with technical expertise and advice

• Document service visits and report non-conformities

• Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities

Projects & digital tools

• Use digital platforms to enhance diagnostics and reporting

• Support the implementation of remote services and new tools

• Contribute to service process improvements and technical feedback

What we’re looking for ⭐

• Education: Technical diploma or degree (mechanical, electrical, or related field)

• Experience: 5+ years in technical services for industrial equipment

• Skills: Solid technical knowledge, customer focus, and communication skills

• Languages: English (B1+) and local language

• Desirable:  Frequent regional travel; valid driver’s license
