We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to support our growing business across Asia (Korea, Greater China, Singapore and Malaysia). The purpose of this role is to support marketing activities across Asia, working closely with regional leaders, business development teams and technical experts. The successful candidate will help plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support client engagement and contribute to business growth. Essential functions and duties:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, regional leaders, and business development specialists to identify and prioritise regional marketing needs and translate them into action plans.
- Support global marketing team colleagues on projects that cross regions and service lines, contributing to a collaborative and team orientated marketing function.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver end to end marketing campaigns and activities that support regional and service line priorities. Tactics may include thought leadership initiatives articles, blogs, webinars, podcasts, case studies, social media, email, speaking opportunities, events/conferences support.
- Adapt marketing plans to regional and cultural differences while fostering open, collaborative communication and diverse perspectives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, digital marketing managers and internal communications colleagues to develop materials and tools that support service line and regional efforts.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of regional marketing plans and campaign activity.
- Use marketing data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study is preferred.
- 6+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) sector or a related professional services consulting environment.
- Professional working proficiency in Korean, English, and Mandarin, with the ability to create content and collaborate effectively across global regions. Full professional or native-level fluency is highly preferred.
- Technical writing, marketing copywriting experience (experience with AP writing style preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with creating and managing content for social media platforms, including writing social media posts for business specific to the Asian market (WeChat, Webo, Naver, Remember, LinkedIn, YouTube ).
- Demonstrated experience managing a diverse set of marketing tasks such as digital campaigns (organic and paid), thought leadership (blogs, webinars, podcasts, case studies, whitepapers), email, speaking opportunities, and events/conferences support.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve marketing outcomes and campaign performance.
- Exceptional attention to detail, quality control review, copywriting, grammatical and proofreading skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to deadline.
- Ability to be client focused, both internal and external, work in a fast paced environment, prioritise a high workload and meet tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of brand elements and guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) and virtual meeting platforms (MS Teams).
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express, Email Marketing Platforms and Digital Asset Management Tools (Brandfolder).
- Understanding of SEO best practices and marketing success metrics is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics) is a plus.
- Occasional flexibility to work extended hours to accommodate deliverables and time zones may be required.
