Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
1. Provide senior-level on-site and remote technical support for full-range MPS power electronics products, including MPS PoL regulators, DC-DC controllers, multi-phase power ICs, DrMOS, power modules and analog power management devices. Independently support customer board bring-up, system-level debugging, complex failure analysis, solution validation and mass production stabilization across diverse application fields.
2. Serve as the core technical owner for key customers and strategic projects. Fully understand customer system architecture and power tree requirements, deliver customized MPS-based power solutions, resolve critical technical bottlenecks, and drive design-in, design-win and sustainable mass production.
3. Collect and summarize customer application difficulties, technical feedback and market demand trends for MPS product lines. Sort out valuable technical improvement suggestions, closely align with internal product and R&D teams, and support product performance optimization and new product definition.
4. Cooperate deeply with the sales team to support full-cycle pre-sales and after-sales technical work, including power solution design, schematic and PCB layout review, EVB demonstration and technical presentation.
Requirements
1. Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or related majors.
• 2+ years of working experience in power semiconductor FAE or power supply application development;
• Familiar with the technical development cycle of power products in various industries, capable of independently undertaking key customer technical project delivery. Able to adapt to short-term business trips, with excellent cross-departmental coordination, customer communication and technical negotiation capabilities.
2. Technical Skills
• Solid power electronics theoretical foundation, proficient in Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost and other mainstream switching power supply topologies, with in-depth understanding of loop compensation, transient optimization, multi-phase parallel technology and digital power control logic.
• Proficient in using oscilloscopes, power analyzers, thermal imagers and other test equipment to independently locate and solve various complex application faults.
• Familiar with the product characteristics, application methods and selection logic of power management ICs and power devices, with rich practical experience in industrial power supply, consumer electronics, communication equipment and new energy and other mainstream power application scenarios.
• Possess solid circuit analysis ability, proficient in reading schematic diagrams, able to evaluate power loop design risks, and guide reasonable PCB layout optimization for power products.
• Proficient in English reading and writing, able to independently read foreign advanced technical materials, datasheets and application manuals, and support international customer technical communication.
3. Competency
• Strong independent problem-solving ability, able to quickly locate and resolve difficult technical problems in customer mass production and project development.
• Excellent logical thinking and customer demand insight capability, able to convert customer scenarios into standardized technical solutions and R&D optimization requirements.
• Strong responsibility, project management awareness and pressure resistance; able to independently drive end-to-end technical project delivery.
• Long-term career development willingness in the power electronics semiconductor industry.
