Eliot is seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual Family Partner to join our Family Resource Center (FRC) team. The FRC is part of a statewide network of community-based programs offering multicultural parenting resources, support groups, and early childhood services. Our goal is to help families strengthen their bonds, connect with others, and engage in their communities. As a Family Partner, you will assist families by drawing on your own lived experience related to CRA issues or children with special needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to engage and support individuals and families from culturally and economically diverse backgrounds. |
