As a Family Medicine Physician in Tacoma, Washington, you'll practice in a value-based care environment where quality outcomes take priority over volume. With just 10-15 patients per day and 20-60 minute appointments, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships, provide whole-person care, and make a lasting impact on the health of your community.
You'll work alongside a dedicated Whole Health Coach and collaborative care team, supported by onsite lab and pharmacy services that help streamline care and improve the patient experience.

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active medical license and DEA
- 3+ years of primary care experience preferred

Compensation Range:

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
