Job Description:
Fanshawe Athletics and Recreation is currently recruiting for energetic and dedicated students to join our team for the Fall 2026 Term and/or Winter 2027 term.
📅 Important Details:
Term: Fall (August–December 2026) and Winter (January - April 2027)
Shifts: May include evenings and weekends
Location: On-campus/in-person only (no hybrid work)
Training: Full orientation and training will be provided
Eligibility: Must be a full-time Fanshawe College student
The following vacancies are available:
1) Athletic Assistants, 10 - 40 vacancies (Approx. 24 hours per week)
Description: Customer service, oversee Recreation activities and tournaments, maintain equipment inventory, responsible for setup/teardown of Varsity events and additional tasks related to facility maintenance, content creation for Fanshawe Athletics social media accounts, other duties related to promotions
2) Photographer, 1 - 3 vacancies (Approx. 15-20 hours per week, Sport Dependent)
Description: Capture photos at Varsity and Recreation events, edit photos
3) Videographer, 1-3 vacancies (Approx. 15-20 hours per week, Sport Dependent)
Description: Capture/edit/create video footage from Varsity and Recreation events
4) Graphic Designer, 1 - 3 vacancies (Approx. 24 hours per week)
Description: Create/design content to be used for promoting Fanshawe Athletics
5) Varsity Trainer/Manager, 3-10 vacancies (Approx. 24 hours per week, Sport Dependent)
Description: Provide support to Varsity teams, assistance at practices/games, additional tasks assigned by Head Coach
6) Varsity Minor Officials, 3 - 10 vacancies (Approx. 10-15 hours per week, Sport Dependent)
Description: Responsible for scorekeeping, time clock, shot clock and statistics for varsity games/events
7) Varsity Game Announcer, 1 - 3 vacancies (Approx. 5-10 hours per week, Sport Dependent)
Description: Announcer at home Varsity games/events
