The opportunity:
This role serves as a strategic HR business partner for our factory operations, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to support a high-performing manufacturing environment.
How you’ll make an impact:
Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with factory leadership to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies and programs. Provide guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Talent Management:
Oversee talent acquisition for factory roles, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding. Develop and implement talent development programs, performance management processes, and succession planning within the factory.
Employee Relations:
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Work with the C&B team to ensure competitive compensation and benefits practices are applied within the factory, providing guidance on salary reviews, incentives, and benefits administration.
HR Policy & Compliance:
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations in Thailand and ensure factory operations are fully compliant.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and report on key HR performance indicators within the factory.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs for factory employees and managers. Coordinate and facilitate relevant training programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
Health & Safety:
Partner with EHS teams to promote a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring HR aspects of safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
Your background:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role within a manufacturing or factory environment.
Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
