Business Support Services

• Ensure efficient delivery of workplace support services in alignment with business needs and employee experience objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract administration, performance monitoring, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Administration & Governance

• Lead governance and oversight of physical fixed assets, including asset lifecycle management, inventory control, physical verification, movement, and disposal activities.

  Financial Governance

• Manage FM-related Accounts Payable activities, invoice validation, budget tracking, and payment administration.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
• Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Physical Security & Resilience Support

• Oversee workplace security controls, including access control systems, visitor management processes, and CCTV governance.
• Support workplace Health, Safety & Sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities, exercises, and crisis preparedness programs.
• Manage records management programs, ensuring compliance with our company policies and regulatory requirements.

• The ideal candidate demonstrates strong people leadership, with the ability to coach and develop teams, lead change effectively, and apply strategic thinking to support business priorities and operational transformation.
• Strong functional capability is required across governance and compliance, vendor and contract management, asset management, financial administration, risk management, business continuity awareness, and process improvement.
• The role requires a professional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, high integrity and accountability, a customer-focused mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to influence and collaborate across functions.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Facility Management, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional certifications in Facility Management, Business Continuity Management, Project Management, or Workplace Management are an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Experience within financial services, insurance, banking, multinational corporations, or professional services environments is preferred.

Communication scope

• Internal Stakeholders: Regular interaction with Corporate and Regional Office teams through biweekly and monthly coordination meetings on health and safety, physical security, records management, and facility operations. Collaborates with department heads to understand and support business and workplace needs.
• External Stakeholders: Manages relationships with vendors and contractors for security, records storage services, courier and other facility services. Coordinates with building management, property owners, government authorities, security agencies, and emergency services for permits, certifications, compliance, and operational matters.
