Located in the heart of Central Ohio, Illuminate USA is transforming solar panel manufacturing from our cutting-edge facility in Pataskala. As a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, we’ve rapidly grown to over 1,500 associates and are now fully operational in our 1.1 million-square-foot factory. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and reliability of pneumatic equipment. With advanced knowledge in pneumatic systems, this role will play a crucial role in troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving complex machinery.

Responsibilities:

• · Independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pneumatic equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
• · Troubleshoot and diagnose complex malfunctions, replace or repair worn or damaged parts, and make necessary adjustments for pneumatic systems.
• · Ensure all pneumatic equipment adheres to industry safety standards and company policies. Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety procedures during maintenance tasks.
• · Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, equipment modifications, and repairs. Ensure timely SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and other relevant documents are updated.
• · Propose and implement improvements to equipment design, operational procedures, or maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• · Work closely with production, equipment, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and integration of pneumatic systems.
• · Coordinate with equipment suppliers and manufacturers for any technical support, parts procurement, and warranty claims.
• May lead or cross-train less experienced technician.

Qualifications:

• · A high school diploma or associate degree.
• · Typically requires 2 years of related experience in maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic equipment.
• Certification in HVAC, Electrical or Welding required.
• · Comprehensive knowledge of pneumatic systems, components, and functionalities.
• · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• · Familiarity with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to pneumatic systems.
• · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
