Position Summary

Performs janitorial, housekeeping, and facility support duties to ensure winery facilities and grounds are maintained in a safe, clean, organized, and professional manner. Works closely with winery personnel to support daily operations and maintain a positive environment for employees, visitors, and business guests.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Emptying trash and recycling containers.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
• Dusting offices, common areas, and production spaces.
• Cleaning breakrooms, kitchens, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Washing windows and window screens.
• Picking up trash and cleaning interior and exterior facility areas.
• Cleaning warehouse offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Cleaning and polishing wine glasses.

• Replacing light bulbs.
• Replacing paper products and hand towels.
• Stocking restrooms and common areas.
• Cleaning and stocking employee shower facilities.
• Restocking employee beverages and snacks as needed.
• Moving light furniture and supplies.
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all applicable safety requirements.
• Assisting third-party contractors and service providers as requested.

• Supports winery operations during harvest, bottling, and special projects.
• Works on the bottling line as assigned.
• Waxes large-format bottles.
• Works on the cluster sorting line during harvest.
• Cleans and stocks PPE stations and production support areas.
• Cleans bottling and production equipment exterior surfaces as assigned.
• Assists with facility preparation for winery events and operational activities.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to present oneself in a clean and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, porter, facilities, or maintenance experience.
• Experience working in a winery, manufacturing, hospitality, or production environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Works indoors and outdoors.
• Works in warm and cold climates.
• Works on wet surfaces.
• Works around cleaning chemicals and production equipment.
• Works near moving mechanical parts and lift truck traffic.
• Frequently walks, bends, reaches, lifts, and carries materials.
• Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.  At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
