• Compile and submit claims for maintenance, repair, and ad hoc works.
• Verify completed works using site records, work orders, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and stakeholders to obtain and validate required documentation.
• Support recovery and reconciliation of outstanding Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, and contract records.
• Maintain accurate records of claims, completed works, and related documentation.
• Track outstanding submissions and follow up to ensure timely closure.
• Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies and support financial reconciliation activities.
• Prepare progress updates and reports on backlog recovery efforts.
