The Role: Facilities Coordinator

Facilities Coordinator 

Location: Culver City, CA (Ref West HQ) On-site, Monday–Friday

Reformation is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to help keep our stores and Ref West headquarters running smoothly. You'll split your time between supporting work orders across our retail fleet and keeping day-to-day operations at HQ organized, safe, and running without a hitch. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who's energized by a full queue, loves solving problems in real time, and takes pride in creating spaces — physical and cultural — where people love to work and shop.

What You'll Do:

Retail Facilities:

• Serve as our go-to Service Channel user: triage, dispatch, track, and close out work orders against SLAs, budget, and quality standards
• Manage vendors end-to-end — approvals, cost audits, invoice sign-off — and join weekly vendor calls to keep open tickets moving
• Support store teams with facilities, energy management, and utilities systems, plus vendor and utility account setup
• Partner with the broader Facilities team on cross-functional projects and process improvements

Corporate Facilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for Ref West, making sure the space is clean, stocked, and set up for teams to do their best work
• Keep the building running day to day and communicate changes, updates, and events that affect the workplace experience
• Show up as a trusted, approachable partner for workplace culture, events, and safety initiatives
• Cross-train across HQ facilities functions and provide backup coverage as needed

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years in facilities management, ideally in retail or hospitality a plus
• Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-volume ticket environment
• Experience with budgets, cost analysis, and vendor management
• Strong communicator who works well across teams and store partners
• A genuine interest in sustainability and eco-conscious facilities practices
• A hands-on, no-task-too-small attitude and a drive to make Ref spaces the best they can be
• Ability to work on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is $20-$27, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.

Please note that compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances and evolving business needs. Our total rewards package also includes benefits, perks, and opportunities for growth that contribute to overall compensation.
