Work Flexibility: Onsite
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:45am - 2:15pm, with overtime as needed by the business.
What you will do:
- Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently while following established production procedures and work instructions.
- Load, unload, position, and secure parts in robotic welding cells to ensure accurate and consistent weld quality.
- Verify correct part identification, orientation, and component usage before initiating welding operations.
- Monitor welding processes, recognize abnormal conditions, and perform basic equipment adjustments within established guidelines.
- Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure they meet quality, dimensional, and production requirements.
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve weld defects, material issues, damaged parts, and equipment concerns.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
What you need:
Preferred
High School or GED
1+ year of Fabrication Experience
Material Handling Experience
