●        Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of mechanical design (static, fatigue, fracture), FEM (Finite Element Method), and manufacturing processes (Sheet metal, machining, welding).

●        Software Tools: Strong knowledge of CAD (Unigraphics NX 3D-CAD preferred), CAE tools (Ansys, Hypermesh), and PLM tools.

●        Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Desired Characteristics

●        Proven track record of structured problem-solving (RCA) and Lean design principles.

●        Strong interpersonal skills with experience working in international, multi-disciplinary project teams (Electrical, Structural, and Systems).

●        Expertise in wind turbine structural components and internal mechanical systems.
