Job Description Summary : This role mainly supports TDI installation director for the seamless site operation of the EO/EEP/TKP/TKSI projects globally.This role requires many interfaces with TIM(lead TFA) and site team for data collections and information sharing.
One of the main tasks is a cost analysis for Quarterly SCR(Site construction review) with Installation director in order to update the accurate finance result of the project.
Job Description
Project/NU Field operation support
Raising PR creation on PMx for PO creation of Pre-COD warranty items & TDI items by Souring team.
Acknowledgement of Good Receiving on PMx
Collection of the customer - signed timesheets from each project and invoice calculation based on the collected timesheets for the final Invoice issuance on each month.
Monthly Collection of the actual manpower from each TDI site for manpower management.
Support Visa application with the necessary documents(Invitation letter or Business certificate etc) for 3rd party and Vendor
Collection of Quarterly actual costs(TDI, Performance test, Training) for SCR review.
Cost analysis with TDI leaderships.
Support for Vendor registration with Sourcing team.
Document management if necessary.
Qualifications / Requirements
Qualifications (Engineering or economic), competencies & knowledge needed to fulfill the position
Education & Trainings:
Mandatory (MUST)
- University Degree in Administration/ finance/English (comparable with bachelor/master)
- High proficiency in English required
Desirable (NICE TO HAVE)
- Field experienced, Leadership and social competence
- Orderly handling and presentation of information
- Skills in other foreign languages useful
Professional Experience:
- Experience gained on the job during professional life
Mandatory (MUST)
- PMx(SAP) expert is mandatory for PO/PR/Good receiving.
- Working Experience on international project site office
- Good Computer Skills in using MS-Windows & Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, LN, intranet)
- Preferably, Experience in Industry
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Fluent in local language and knowledge of the local area
- Cultural Awareness and Team Player Nature
- Trustworthy, Reliable, and Dependable
