About this F&DT Engineer and Technical Approver SA/A330 (m/f/d) role at Airbus
Job Description:
Ihre Aufgaben:
Erstellung von Zertifizierungsberichten (Check Stress Dossier / ACD’s / IRD’s) für die Flugzeugprimär- und Sekundärstruktur
Analyse und Validierung von Metallstrukturen für statische Festigkeit und Fatigue & Damage Tolerance (F&DT) basierend auf den aktuell gültigen Methoden
Erstellung von Festigkeitsnachweisen sowie numerischen und analytischen Berechnungsmodellen
Approval von F&DT Deliverables
Erstellung von Testdefinitionen und Betreuung von Strukturversuchen
Definition und Koordination von Arbeitspaketen für Lieferanten
Durchführung von F&DT-Analysen für In-Service Reparaturen
Beurteilung und Prüfung von Bauabweichungen / DQN‘s und Bauunterlagen
Ansprechpartner für Fertigung und Design in allen Fragen des Aufgabenbereichs
Unterstützung von DtV- und DtC-Themen sowie von Improvement Projekten
Durchführen von Projektmanagement und Führen von Projekten unter Einhaltung von Zeit, Kosten und Qualität
Abstimmung mit den internen und externen Kunden
Ihre Qualifikationen:
Abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurwesen bzw. Luft-Raumfahrttechnik) oder auf anderem Wege erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige einschlägige fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Stress und Fatigue / Damage Tolerance bei Metallstrukturen (Flugzeugrumpf)
Kenntnisse in numerischen und analytischen Rechenmethoden (Analyseprogramm ISAMI, Hypermesh/Hyperview, Nastran, HSB, Niu, Bruhn, etc.)
Kenntnisse von Airbus-Methoden und -Prozessen im Bereich SA/A330 von Vorteil
Lineare / nichtlineare FEM Berechnungen wünschenswert
Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. Python)
Sicherer Umgang mit CATIA V5 und Google Workspace, zusätzlich MS Office vorteilhaft
Weitere IT-Kenntnisse: ISAMI, Nastran, Hypermesh/Hyperview, CATIA V5, Abaqus, Python, SAP
Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch verhandlungssicher
