Mercy Clinic in Joplin, Missouri is a busy, comprehensive, well-established practice in Southwest Missouri. We are seeking full-time, experienced BC Trauma Surgeon to join three other Trauma Surgeons.   Work alongside an expert team of care professionals who genuinely care for one another and share your passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Mercy Hospital Joplin offers

• The hospital is Level II Trauma and has 6 trauma bays, 11 state of the art ORs with a full scope of trauma and surgical equipment.
• Approximately 800 annual trauma cases
• Trauma/Acute Care Surgery only-no elective surgery
• 7-8, 24-hour shifts per month worked in 1 week increments
• $470K guarantee plus $50K incentives and $20K relocation assistance
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• 401k/403b retirement plans
• Occurrence based malpractice insurance
• EPIC EHR throughout the entire Mercy system
