- Record receipt of the document in the Incoming Documents Register / Incoming Mail Register / Incoming Fax Register.
- Acknowledge receipt Trade Services request (document) from customers / branches /other bank / other business unit.
- Check, Verify, Process, Input and Authorize trade transactions in TE2000.
- Check, Examination of trade documents.
- Ensure accuracy of data input and registration of trade transactions.
- Ensure financing of trade transactions is in line with the customer's nature of business.
- To perform data input and scanning of documents into the Trade Workflow System.
- Malaysian citizen
- Holder of Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- 2 years and above related experience in trade operations.
- Knowledge of consumer banking products and services as well as regulations governing the consumer banking business and products is a plus.
- Good written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people at different levels.
- PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
