Overview
To process daily Trade Finance AML screening transactions and perform post-transactions review to combat AML/CFT and financial crime
Functional (job responsibilities)
- To process trade financing AML/CFT screening, review the screening results and make decision to release the transactions or escalate to higher level for true hits.
- Perform post-transactions review, analysis and investigation to detect any AML/CFT red flags, escalation and reporting.
- Support AML screening system
- Participate and contribute AML/CFT projects from time to time
- Support overseas branches/subsidiaries on Trade Finance AML/CFT screening and post transactions review.
- Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
- Provide coaching and training to colleagues or counterparts.
- Monitor and track the TAT for day-to-day operations and transactions.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies available and embrace the technology into trade finances, AML/CFT processes and mitigation of breaches in sanction/AML screening/monitoring.
Education/Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration or any relevant field of studies.
- 2 years in Trade Finance/Trade AML screening is preferred
