At Focused, we care about building culture as much as building software. This role runs our 10-person Denver office and serves as right hand to our CEO. You'll make our LoDo office a place people want to come to, and keep our CEO organized, on schedule, and following through across work, family, and board commitments. As the role grows, you'll take on operations across all Focused offices.

What would you be doing?

• Getting to know everyone in the office, what they like, what they don't, and what they need, and keeping the office stocked with snacks, drinks, and supplies to match
• Planning monthly happy hours and quarterly team events
• Owning new-hire facilities onboarding like badges and keys
• Keeping the office clean, tidy, and working, from taking out the trash to coordinating repairs
• Running the CEO's inbox, calendar, and travel end to end, using AI tools and automations to move faster
• Keeping the CEO on task by tracking commitments, following up persistently, and making sure things get finished
• Supporting personal and family logistics, family travel, and nonprofit board work
• As workload allows, taking on events and offsites, onboarding and offboarding logistics, and gifting and celebrations across all Focused offices

We are excited about you, because you:

• Have 3+ years as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar role supporting a senior leader
• Are sharp, organized, and persistent, and you follow up until things are done
• Are AI-forward. You already use AI tools every day and want to push them further
• Are warm and energetic, with clear writing and discretion around confidential business and personal information
• Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance, plus the ability to carry supplies up to 25 lbs

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting a founder or CEO
• Experience planning events
• Experience supporting nonprofit board work

• Stocked the office around what each person actually likes
• Hosted a quarterly event people talked about for weeks
• Built an AI-assisted inbox and follow-up system that saves the CEO hours each week
• Booked a multi-city business trip and a family vacation in the same week

What to know before you apply:

• This is a full-time, hourly position based in our LoDo office in Denver.
• This role is in office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday, with occasional evenings for team happy hours and events.
• Focused is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role.
• The pay range is $25 to $40 per hour, based on experience. This role is also eligible for Focused's benefits package.
