The Executive Assistant provides confidential administrative support to multiple senior leaders within the Evernorth organization. This position performs diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices as well as development of strong working knowledge of clients and company stakeholders. The Executive Assistant schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, coordinates meetings and travel itineraries and related arrangements, and manages expense reporting.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage four calendars including scheduling and coordination of meeting invitations
• Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings and presentations
• Handle department invoicing process, coordinate with procurement and accounts payable
• Schedule and manage travel and expense reporting process
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees
• Manipulate data and prepare reports using spreadsheets
• Compose communications, memos and correspondence
• Anticipate organizational needs and perform administrative functions
• Partner with stakeholders on project needs
• Special projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 4+ years of experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
• Experience in Project Coordination
• Will consider qualified candidates who prefer to work 100% remote (work from home)
