Vishay India (VCIPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc, USA. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is in Loni near Pune wherein around 1000 employees are employed. VCIPL has also established a Global IT support center at Magarpatta Cyber City in Pune and Sales offices at Bangalore & Delhi (NCR).

Job Profile:

Supporting management or teams with generic or specific day-to-day admin and assistance services, e.g., Organizing contacts, meetings, physical conferences within the assigned team or with external visitors. Managing file structure, calendars and schedules to support the team or managers. Preparing documents or presentations of any kind as assigned. Completing regular admin processes, maintenance and distribution of records. A job at this level… Acts in a range of processes significant for the assigned administrative or service operation. Cope with varying circumstances by handling them appropriately and apply and adapt processes to match unusual situations or issues. Provides regular advice to customers and stakeholders in the organization, with respect to dedicated functional subjects and processes. Interacts responsibly with external stakeholders (e. g. customers or supplier, service provider) to clarify issues, or to plan activities.

What you will be doing:

-Provide administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of key initiatives.  

- Prepare executive briefs, reports, presentations, and dashboards for management meetings, board reviews, and external engagements.  

- Coordinate cross-functional projects between departments such as operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing.  

- Analyze business and operational data to support decision-making and performance reviews.  

- Manage communication, appointments, travel itineraries, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.  

- Assist in reviewing performance metrics.  

- Support the MD in preparing strategic plans, policy documents, and follow-ups on key action points.  

- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion in handling sensitive business information.

What will you bring along:

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline) and MBA from a reputed institution.  

-Experience:1–3 years in a similar EA/Business Analyst/Strategy Coordination role, preferably in a manufacturing organization

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP and data analytics tools preferred.  Some Programming experience would be useful.

-Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; strong professional presence
