Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly organised and energetic Executive Assistant to provide executive, administrative and confidential support to our Vice President of Product as well as our Vice President of Technology and their wider leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

•         Manage and maintain diaries including making appointments and changes to appointments.

•         Maintain client confidence and protect the professional integrity of the team.

•         Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel

•         Provide timely and effective diary management by prioritising and organising meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

•         Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and track actions.

•         Produce reports and presentations.

•         Reconcile and manage expenses.

•         Organise and coordinate logistics for events.

•         General administration and support duties.

•         Manage events and customer meetings.

You will have:

•         Experience supporting C-suite level as an EA or Team Assistant.

•         A sense of agility, and able to thrive in a fast-moving and rapidly changing environment.

•         Strong communication, time management and organisation skills.

•         A level of resilience when needed.

•         A Bachelors Degree or higher qualification
