About the role...

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to proactively manage priorities, leverage technology and AI-enabled tools, and drive efficiency across the executive office—freeing up leadership capacity to focus on strategic and commercial outcomes. The role supports the General Manager (ANZ) but will also provide support where required across the Senior Leadership team. Day to day responsibilities include;

• Provide proactive, high-impact support to the ANZ GM
• Anticipate needs and remove friction from executive workflows and decision-making
• Prepare high-quality briefing materials, agendas, and executive updates
• Attend key meetings where required, capturing insights, actions, and follow-ups
• Work with and manage complex, multi-stakeholder calendars across time zones with a focus on optimising time, not just scheduling meetings
• Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce friction
• Continuously refine calendar structure to protect focus time, improve productivity, and reduce inefficiencies
• Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and key business forums, including agenda construction and time allocation.
• Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel
• Align travel with business priorities and executive time optimisation

About you...

You thrive in fast-paced environments and can confidently navigate complexity, competing priorities, and the expectations of senior stakeholders. You bring strong sound judgement, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving from previous roles of supporting in an EA capacity at the General Manager level.

With advanced proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite, including AI-powered tools such as Copilot and Claude, you leverage technology to improve productivity, streamline processes, and deliver high-quality outcomes. You enjoy enabling effective communication and teamwork across diverse groups.

You are naturally curious about digital ways of working to give you time back to focus on other responsibilities. Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, or similar platforms will be highly regarded, particularly if you have used them to enhance efficiency, automate routine tasks, or improve user experiences.
