We are looking for a Project Manager to focus on our Bold Group Product. The Security & Alarm division of EverCommerce serves the electronic security industry with the most comprehensive array of alarm monitoring and integrated financial management solutions tailored to achieve optimal business performance. Bold Group's product portfolio features the renowned alarm monitoring systems Manitou, stages®, and SIMS. These leading alarm monitoring systems are complemented by the industry's top accounting and business management systems: the SedonaOffice suite and the award-winning Managely system. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating resources and managing tasks for software implementation projects from inception through project closure. The Project Manager works with the customer and various technical resources; including Application consultants, Technical Consultants, and other resources to ensure the accuracy and success of each project. This position requires a high-level of customer interaction, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the tenacity to drive projects to completion.

You're a critical thinker who possesses strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to connect authentically with people via the phone and email. This position manages the development, resolution, and delivery of various digital projects from start to finish. Because of this, you love prioritizing initiatives, tracking impact, and occasionally putting out fires. On the strength's spectrum, you are well rounded between executing, influencing, relationship building, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule project tasks with the appropriate resources
• Drive implementation to completion within timeline
• Establish internal and external expectations and accountability
• Effectively prioritize and update tasks for implementation projects
• Communicate with all departments to ensure needs are addressed and timelines are met
• Progress implementation projects according to project details
• Track, document, and finalize projects in alignment with company processes
• Provide support to customers for project-related questions and ensure timely and reliable response
• Provide effective leadership, direction and consistent communication to technical resources
• Utilize TaskRay, Microsoft Excel, Project, or other project management software applications to track projects
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Salesforce experience preferred

Skills and Experience Needed for Success in This Role

• PMP certification desired
• 7+ years of successful project management in SaaS Software
• Knowledge of business application processes, ERP software and accounting practices desired
• Detail-oriented and organized with a pro-active attitude
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to navigate standard office software without difficulty
• Capable of independently seeking information and working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Where: Remote, US

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America. Please note that this role requires eligibility to work in the U.S. and may require travel.

Compensation

The target base compensation for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
