About the Role
The Event Manager will independently manage and execute Dandy’s Field Marketing and Events program in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This manager owns the planning, operational execution, and optimization for trade shows, sponsorships, regional partner events, and Dandy-hosted experiences, ensuring alignment with ANZ go-to-market priorities. The ideal candidate combines hands-on execution with strong regional focus, using data and analysis to solve complex operational problems and deliver impactful in-person experiences that drive pipeline and strengthen brand presence across Australia and New Zealand.
What You’ll Do
Independently manage event projects and establish operational objectives and project plans for Dandy’s ANZ events strategy.
Drive execution with excellence on field marketing events, including trade shows, Dandy-hosted experiences, and regional sponsorships that elevate brand visibility and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Build scalable operational frameworks for event management, vendor partnerships, booth design, logistics, and staffing to ensure flawless delivery.
Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to align on event objectives, enable reps for onsite engagement, and move shared goals forward.
Analyze complex operational problems using data to make high-quality tactical decisions, demonstrating sound judgment to escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to evaluate event ROI, optimize event spend, and inform immediate regional team operations.
Manage ANZ event project budgets, vendor relationships, and supplier negotiations to balance financial efficiency with premium brand quality.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing.
Ability to develop operational plans, manage project budgets, and execute field marketing event programs.
Strong analytical mindset to define and report performance metrics and ROI.
Excellent vendor negotiation, budget management, and logistical planning skills.
Highly collaborative yet self-directed, capable of operating autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A passion for creating world-class brand experiences that drive growth and loyalty.
