THE WORK:

• Support the planning and delivery of large-scale, executive-level conferences and events, contributing to continuous learning and professional growth
• Coordinate multiple event workstreams such as logistics, audience acquisition, registration platforms, and on-site execution while embracing new challenges as opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality event experiences, demonstrating dedication to ongoing improvement
• Contribute to sponsorship planning, budget tracking, and post-event reporting, strengthening your project management and execution capabilities
• Support end-to-end event lifecycle activities, ensuring attention to detail and a proactive approach to skill enhancement

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 3+ years of experience in event management or a related field

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership

• High attention to detail and accountability for delivered results

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in large-scale or executive-level events and conferences

• Knowledge of budget management and event analytics

• Familiarity with event tools and registration platforms
