Job Description
O Estagiário(a) auxiliará a equipe em diversas atividades operacionais e relacionadas a projetos, contribuindo para o alcance dos objetivos do negócio. As principais responsabilidades incluem:
Fornecer suporte administrativo e operacional ao departamento designado.
Auxiliar em pesquisas, coleta de dados, análises e preparação de relatórios.
Apoiar projetos em andamento e iniciativas do departamento.
Manter registros, documentos e informações relevantes de forma precisa e organizada.
Auxiliar na preparação de apresentações, relatórios e outros materiais corporativos.
Participar de reuniões da equipe e contribuir com as tarefas atribuídas.
Colaborar com os membros da equipe para concluir projetos e atividades diárias.
Aprender e aplicar os processos, políticas e melhores práticas da empresa.
Manter a confidencialidade das informações da empresa.
Executar outras atividades e responsabilidades atribuídas pelo supervisor.
