We are seeking a strategic thinker and consultant with experience in ERP advisory work to lead engagements across enterprise transformation, technology strategy, and organizational readiness. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with cloud ERP implementations (preferably Workday or Oracle) in public sector but is looking to apply their skills in a broader strategic context, helping clients navigate complex decisions, align technology with mission, and drive meaningful change. This is not an implementation role, it’s about shaping the vision and guiding the journey. As such, your ERP experience is valued, but your broader strategic thinking is what drives success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Engagements: Deliver high-impact strategy projects across enterprise transformation, IT modernization, and organizational design.
- Guide ERP Readiness and Advisory: Conduct assessments, develop roadmaps, and advise clients on ERP-related decisions within broader transformation efforts.
- Shape Client Strategy: Collaborate with executives to define vision, evaluate options, and align technology investments with mission outcomes.
- Facilitate Stakeholder Alignment: Lead workshops, interviews, and executive briefings to surface priorities and build consensus.
- Drive Implementation Execution: Manage project teams’ delivery to scope and schedule across ERP implementation timelines, including design, data validation, testing, change management, and cutover activities.
- Advise with Leading Practice: Help our clients contextualize their ERP challenges and decisions, bringing relevant experience, product expertise, and practical solutions. Facilitate decision making, rationale, and understanding of expected benefits.
- Collaborate Across Practices: Partner with delivery teams in ERP transformation, Salesforce implementation, data services, change management and strategy to ensure strategic coherence.
- Contribute to Practice Growth: Support methodology development, thought leadership, proposal writing, business development and internal capability building.

- Experience working with mission-driven organizations (higher ed, nonprofit, public sector) preferred.
- Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, ERP-specific) a plus.
