As an EPM-ARCS - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients directly, providing specialized consulting services within our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management practice. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex business applications and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the delivery of client solutions.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of the Digital Core Modernisation network, working within our Oracle practice. You will collaborate with a team dedicated to Application Evolution Services, focusing on Oracle solutions. This position offers the opportunity to grow your personal brand and technical skills while anticipating client needs and delivering quality work. You will be exposed to diverse perspectives, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business processes to enhance Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions
- Developing and implementing business rules and financial planning models to optimize performance
- Conducting strategic data analysis to support financial forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Managing account reconciliation processes to improve financial accuracy and compliance
- Collaborating with clients to identify key performance indicators and drive operational performance management
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for advanced data visualization and reporting
- Performing root cause analysis to identify and address process inefficiencies
- Supporting enterprise integration efforts to streamline financial and operational systems
- Creating and maintaining performance reports to track and assess organizational effectiveness
- Advising on resource allocation and profitability management to enhance financial planning and growth strategies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis for financial forecasting
- Managing account reconciliation processes effectively
- Developing business process analysis skills
- Excelling in planning, budgeting, and forecasting (PBF) activities
