POSITION SUMMERY

Serves as a vital bridge between complex manufacturing business processes and technical system capabilities. Responsible for the administration, customization, and optimization of Epicor Kinetic to drive operational efficiency through global stakeholder collaboration. This role is highly collaborative, requiring interaction with global stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, including BAQs, BPMs, and advanced reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• System Administration & Governance: Primary internal support and owner. Manage Cloud/On-Premise modules, user security, configuration, data integrity, performance, and general IT infrastructure support.

• Customization & Technical Dev: Develop and manage BAQs, BPM workflows, complex dashboards, and SSRS reports. Participate in prototyping, design, and testing of new ERP functionalities.

• Business Alignment & Improvement: Document processes and translate needs into technical solutions. Support best practices in inventory control, job management, purchasing, costing, and ETO manufacturing models.

• Support & Global Collaboration: Troubleshoot issues for end-users globally. Collaborate with multinational teams across North America, Europe, India, and China; lead/assist in upgrades and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct experience with Epicor 10 / Epicor Kinetic within a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL and ERP customization tools, BAQs, BPMs, and SSRS reporting.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of production, supply chain, finance workflows, and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) models.

• Core Competencies: Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Experience running or participating in international implementation projects.

• Communication & Travel: Excellent written/spoken English for continuous stakeholder dialogue. Ability to meet physical/environmental manufacturing office demands and travel internationally as required.
