Zonda is seeking a Technical Lead for our Envision Solutions Team - Online Design Center, Zonda's technology solution supporting homebuilders and their customers throughout the home design and selection experience.

The Envision Solutions Technical Lead is a versatile member of the Client Services team responsible for helping homebuilder clients successfully implement, use, and troubleshoot Envision and other Zonda solutions. The role combines client relationship management, software implementation, technical troubleshooting, data analysis, training, and process improvement.

This person serves as a key client and internal resource, working across Client Services, Product, Engineering, Data Services, Customer Support, and client technology teams. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically capable, inquisitive, and comfortable moving between strategic client conversations and hands-on problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and support client implementations, including configuration, requirements gathering, testing, training, launch readiness, and ongoing adoption.

· Lead assigned client engagements as needed and serve as a technical resource across implementations, helping manage priorities, delivery, issues, and expectations.

· Understand client business processes and translate requirements into product, configuration, data, and integration needs.

· Advise clients on product capabilities, new features, enhancements, and opportunities to improve their use of Zonda solutions.

· Serve as an escalation resource for complex client, product, data, and integration issues.

· Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies, configuration issues, data loads, file-based feeds, APIs, database updates, and other system-to-system processes.

· Review and validate client data, including product, option, pricing, configuration, and related builder data.

· Trace issues across systems and work with internal teams, client technical teams, and third-party vendors to identify root causes and drive resolution.

· Translate technical findings into clear explanations, recommendations, and action plans for both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Work with internal teams to ensure quality, timely delivery and a high level of client satisfaction.

· Identify opportunities to improve Client Services processes, documentation, troubleshooting guides, implementation resources, templates, reports, and workflows.

· Use AI-assisted tools and automation where appropriate to improve analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and team efficiency while validating results.

· Take ownership of high-priority or complex needs and provide flexible support across Client Services based on team and client priorities.

· Maintain implementation and client activity in the team's systems and tools.

· Travel approximately 5-10% as needed.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client services, technical account management, customer success, business systems, data operations, or a related field.

· Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

· Experience with XML, JSON, APIs, web services, CSV, SQL, databases, or other structured data and integration methods.

· Strong project management and coordination skills, including experience managing multiple clients or projects concurrently.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently work through complex or ambiguous issues.

· Technical aptitude and the ability to understand data integrations, APIs, file exchanges, databases, and system-to-system data movement.

· Comfort working with detailed datasets and identifying errors, patterns, missing information, and inconsistencies.

· Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Experience gathering requirements, coordinating implementation activities, and driving work to completion.

· Experience providing software or product training to clients.

· Ability to work effectively with remote clients and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfort adopting new technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to improve analysis and operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with homebuilders, residential real estate technology, construction technology, building products, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or related software.

· Experience troubleshooting data integrations and complex system-to-system processes.

· Experience analyzing product, option, pricing, configuration, or other hierarchical data.

· Experience with change management and helping clients adopt new technologies and processes.

· Experience working with sales or presales teams.

What Success Looks Like:

Success in this role means becoming a trusted resource for both clients and the Envision Client Services team. The Envision Solutions Technical Lead helps implementations stay on track, builds strong client relationships, resolves difficult product, data, and integration issues, improves internal processes, and reduces the number of issues that require senior-level escalation.
